It assumes you can ship on a Friday and pivot on a Monday, and it doesn’t cover spending controls, legacy contracts, or a minister’s announcement landing on your backlog.

About me
I’m Mark Challinor, a contract product management consultant. I’ve worked across central government departments, regulators, local government, health bodies and professional bodies. I started out in business analysis and platform operations, so I tend to look at services from the requirements and the infrastructure up, not just the roadmap down.
